The solicitation for best practice cases covered over 5,000 listed companies across the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing stock exchanges. In this event, 586 listed companies were shortlisted, with only 240 receiving the highest-level award of "Best Practice Case for Listed Company Boards," accounting for less than 5% of the total market.

With the implementation of the new "Nine Guidelines" and the capital market's "1+N" policy framework, higher requirements have been placed on the quality of corporate governance, particularly the performance of company boards. Hainan Mining’s ownership structure, featuring private controlling shareholders and state-owned participating shareholders, provides a foundation for diversity in board composition. Through the establishment of detailed rules of procedure, the board’s core responsibilities in key areas such as strategic planning, market value management, sustainable development, and information disclosure have been clearly defined. Furthermore, in recent years, the company’s board has continuously improved decision-making efficiency by optimizing its authorization system, providing strong support for the company’s rapid global resource expansion and strategic diversification.

Moving forward, Hainan Mining will continue to build a standardized and highly effective board of directors while consolidating its existing governance achievements. By further enhancing corporate governance efficacy and deepening its commitment to sustainable development, the company will continue to navigate complex environments with strategic resilience and strengthened adaptability.
