Position Responsibilities
1. Conduct industry research on natural resource sector investment projects, perform feasibility studies, and produce research reports.

2. Execute investment project due diligence, analyze project investment value, assess project risks, design investment structures, and assist the team in closing transactions.

3. Track industry trends and policy developments regularly, analyze changes in the macro-environment, and produce reports on their impact on the industry.

4. Source project information, identify potential primary and secondary market investment opportunities, and build a pipeline of project resources.

Position Requirements

1. Master's degree or higher, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

2. At least 4 years of direct investment experience, familiar with the full process of industrial investment and M&A; possesses experience and capability in industry research 

and valuation of primary market projects.

3. Strong logical thinking, communication, and presentation skills; excellent negotiation skills with the ability to integrate resources from various stakeholders.

4. Solid financial analysis skills and high proficiency in building various valuation models.

5. Proficient in using terminal data platforms such as Bloomberg, Wind, SMM, etc.; highly skilled with Office software, with the ability to produce PPT reports promptly.

6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of using English as a working language.

7. Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, and judgment skills; possesses resilience under pressure and a high sense of responsibility; able to adapt to the fast pace of

 investment projects; demonstrates excellent professionalism and effective cross-team collaboration.
