Position Responsibilities

1. Oversee comprehensive financial management for overseas subsidiaries and project companies, including financial statement preparation, cost accounting,
business analysis, budgeting and control, treasury management, and expense review, providing decision-making support to management.

2. Develop and improve company financial management systems and processes, ensuring their effective implementation.

3. Liaise and coordinate with external audit agencies to ensure the accuracy and compliance of company financial reports.

4. Handle tax planning, daily tax management, investment, financing, and related matters for overseas subsidiaries.

5. Evaluate the feasibility of various external corporate investments and participate in project due diligence.

6. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with relevant departments to ensure financial compliance and properly resolve various financial issues.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time accredited university, majoring in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, or a related field.

2. Background in an accounting firm, possession of an Intermediate Accountant Certificate or higher; CPA certificate preferred.

3. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with a background in large-scale mining or manufacturing industries. Must have held a position such as
 Deputy Finance Manager and possess team management experience.

4. International experience (work experience in foreign-invested or Sino-foreign joint ventures). Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing,
 capable of using English as a working language.

5. Proficient in common office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications：

1. Experience in an A-share listed company.

2. Background in a Big Four accounting firm
