Position Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning & Objective Management: Assist the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Director in formulating medium- and long-term plans for safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and carbon neutrality at Hainan Mining. Break down annual targets, oversee implementation, and ensure orderly progress in EHS-related work. Gradually establish a management system for safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and carbon neutrality that aligns with Hainan Mining’s international and diversified development.
2.Policy Development & Implementation Oversight: Lead the drafting and revision of corporate policies on safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and carbon neutrality. Monitor, inspect, and evaluate policy execution to ensure effective implementation.
3.System Advancement & Optimization: Establish and continuously improve Hainan Mining’s EHS and carbon neutrality management system. Conduct internal audits and evaluations to ensure the system is effectively implemented across all subsidiaries.
4.On-site Inspections & Hazard Mitigation: Organize and conduct safety, environmental, and occupational health inspections at production sites. Identify issues and potential hazards, propose corrective measures, and oversee their implementation to ensure a safe and controlled production environment.
5.Other Duties: Complete other related tasks assigned by leadership.
Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with a National Certified Safety Engineer qualification. Certification as an ISO 14001/45001 internal or external auditor is required.
2.8+ years of experience in EHS management, including 3+ years in a similar role at a group-level enterprise.
3.Strong safety awareness, sense of responsibility, emergency response capability, and problem-solving skills.
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5.Basic English reading and writing skills.
