Position Responsibilities：

1.Conduct industry research for resource sector investment projects, perform feasibility studies, and prepare research reports.

2.Carry out due diligence on investment projects, analyze investment value, assess risks, design investment plans, and assist the team in completing deal execution.

3.Regularly track industry and policy developments, analyze macroeconomic changes, and produce reports on industry impact.

4.Collect project information, identify potential primary and secondary market investment opportunities, and build a pipeline of project resources.

Position Requirements：

1.Master’s degree or above, with at least 6 years of work experience.

2.Minimum 4 years of investment-related experience, familiarity with industrial investment and M&A processes, and proficiency in industry research and primary market valuation.

3.Strong logical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to integrate resources from various stakeholders.

4.Solid financial analysis skills and proficiency in building various valuation models.

5.Skilled in using data platforms such as Bloomberg, Wind, SMM, etc.; proficient in Office software, with the ability to quickly prepare PPT reports.

6.Fluent in English (spoken and written) for professional use.

7.Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills; high resilience, sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of investment projects. Excellent professionalism and cross-team collaboration skills.
