To seize the development opportunities in the new energy industry, Hainan Xingzhihai New Materials Co., Ltd. has accelerated the construction of its carbonation line technical transformation project. With all participating units united in a "100-day sprint" effort, working around the clock, the project was officially put into operation on June 30.

Immediately after the sprint task was assigned, Xingzhihai established a dedicated carbonation project team to coordinate efforts among the design institute, construction contractor, supervision unit, and other stakeholders. With unified goals and clearly assigned responsibilities, all parties jointly signed a "production-readiness pledge" committing to the scheduled commissioning of the project. Throughout the project construction, all participating entities fulfilled their respective duties and collaborated closely, optimizing construction workflows and significantly shortening the overall project schedule.

Facing multiple challenges including tight schedules, heavy workloads, and extensive cross-operations, all personnel worked around the clock to drive the project forward. The construction site remained brightly lit around the clock, with technical staff stationed on-site to oversee equipment installation and commissioning, construction crews seizing available windows for their work, and the supervision unit exercising strict quality and safety control throughout the process. The project team coordinated the deployment of materials, manpower, and equipment to ensure adequate support, while all parties worked in concert to resolve bottlenecks and obstacles in construction, keeping the project on track through solid efforts and tangible results.

Battery-grade lithium carbonate is a core upstream raw material for lithium batteries. The successful commissioning of this project will further enable the company to adapt to diversified market demand and enhance its core competitiveness and risk resilience. The production line can realize flexible switching between lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide production, enabling agile output of multiple lithium salt products. This significantly improves the line's production flexibility and market responsiveness, contributing to the development of Hainan's new energy and new materials industries.
