Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct industry research and feasibility studies for investment projects in the new energy resources sector, and independently produce research reports.

2.Lead due diligence for investment projects, analyze investment value and potential risks, design sound investment structures, and support the team in driving project execution.

3.Continuously track industry trends and policy developments, collect project intelligence, and expand and maintain a robust project pipeline.

Qualifications:

1.Familiar with industrial investment and M&A processes, with at least 2 years of experience in investment-related roles.

2.Prior experience in resource-sector projects involving mining, oil & gas, natural gas, or related fields is a plus.

3.Background in resource industry companies or in finance/accounting disciplines is preferred.

4.Knowledge of relevant investment-related laws, regulations, and policies.

5.Strong logical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate and align resources across stakeholders.
