Key Responsibilities：

1.Conduct industry research on resource-sector investment projects, perform feasibility studies, and produce research reports.

2.Lead due diligence for investment projects, analyze investment value, assess risks, design investment structures, and support the team in closing deals.

3.Regularly track industry trends and policy developments, analyze macroeconomic changes, and generate reports on their impact on the sector.

4.Identify project opportunities, uncover potential primary and secondary market investment prospects, and build a robust project pipeline.

Qualifications：

1.Master's degree or above, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

2.At least 4 years of experience in investment-related roles, with a solid understanding of industrial M&A processes, industry research, and primary-market valuation methodologies.

3.Strong logical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate resources across stakeholders.

4.Proficient financial analysis skills and hands-on experience building various valuation models.

5.Skilled in using terminal data platforms such as Bloomberg, Wind, and SMM; proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly produce high-quality PPT reports.

6.Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as a working language.

7.Excellent organizational, coordination, and analytical skills; strong resilience under pressure and ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of investment work; high professional integrity and proven cross-team collaboration capabilities.
